This privacy policy explains how personal data of visitors to amkcode.app (the “Site”) is collected and used. For clients in Russia, the Russian version of this policy at amkcode.ru/privacy is the legally binding document.

2. What data we collect

Through the contact form on the Site: your name, a way to reach you (Telegram username or email address), and any details you choose to share in the project description and optional fields (references, competitors, budget, timeline).

Automatically: anonymized visit data (pages viewed, device, referral source) via the Yandex Metrica web analytics service, if it is enabled. This data cannot identify you personally and is used only to improve the Site.

3. How we use your data

The sole purpose of processing form data is to respond to your inquiry: answer your question, discuss your project, and prepare a cost estimate.

We do not use your data for marketing without your separate consent, and we never sell it or share it with third parties for advertising.

4. Legal basis and consent

Processing is based on your consent, which you give by clicking the “Send” button in the contact form.

Submitting the form is voluntary. If you prefer not to leave your data on the Site, message us directly on Telegram: @AMK_code.

5. How data is stored and shared

Form submissions are delivered to the Operator by email and Telegram. Technical delivery is handled by the Site's hosting provider and the Telegram messenger — only to the extent needed to deliver your message.

Data is kept until the purpose of processing is fulfilled (our conversation about your inquiry is complete) or until you withdraw your consent, after which it is deleted.

6. Your rights

You may request details about how your data is processed, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time — just email amk.code.support@gmail.com or message @AMK_code on Telegram. We honor such requests within 10 business days.

7. Cookies and analytics

The Site may use Yandex Metrica cookies to collect anonymized visit statistics, or none at all. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — the Site will remain fully functional.
